Service terms and guarantee.

Service

The Booking Engine provides a managed enquiry response, follow-up and customer reactivation service. The final scope, start date, responsibilities and fees are confirmed in writing before work begins.

Fees and cancellation

The standard price is A$1,497 for setup and A$497 per month unless a different amount is agreed in writing. Ongoing service is month to month and may be cancelled in accordance with the written service agreement.

30-Day Recovery Guarantee

A recovered conversation means a real two-way reply from a missed caller, an old quote or a past customer, counted in the client dashboard. The 30-Day Recovery Guarantee requires a minimum of 200 importable past contacts, confirmed before commencement.

For an eligible business, if 10 recovered conversations are not recorded during the first 30 days after launch, the setup fee will be refunded, subject to the client providing required access, accurate information and importable contacts on time.

Client responsibilities

You are responsible for having the right to provide contact information, giving accurate business information and responding to live customer conversations.

Results

Except for the formal guarantee above, results depend on factors outside our control, including contact-list quality, demand, pricing, service area and your team's response.
